3. Orders and Payment

• Orders are placed into production after payment confirmation.
• Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and secure payment gateways supported by Shopify Payments.
• Orders are not considered valid until payment is fully processed.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• Orders ship within 2 business days on average.

• Delivery times may vary based on carrier, destination, and seasonal volume.

5. Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

• Custom-made and personalized products are non-refundable.
• For other products, the return period is 30 days and the product must be unused.
• EU customers retain the statutory 14-day right to cancel.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
