Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to follow your package and stay updated on its delivery progress.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.

Is my payment information secure?

How can I track my order?

Why is my tracking not updating?

Carrier updates can take up to 48 hours to reflect after a scan. If it stays static for longer, please contact our support team.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing. After that, the order enters our fulfillment process and can no longer be edited.

How long does shipping usually take?

Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days within the US. International shipping is 7-14 business days depending on destination.

Store credit is applied automatically at checkout when you're logged in. It can be used for any product and never expires.

What sizes are available for your artwork?

Our artwork is available in Small (30x30 cm), Medium (40x40 cm and 40x60 cm), and Large (50x70 cm) sizes.

What materials are used for your prints and frames?

Prints are made with museum-grade archival paper using fade-resistant inks. Frames are crafted from solid wood with shatter-resistant acrylic glazing.

How do I choose the right size for my space?

Measure your wall and consider the proportion of nearby furniture. We recommend the artwork takes up roughly 2/3 of the available wall width.

Are the colors accurate to what I see online?

We calibrate all product photography to match the final print as closely as possible. Slight variations may occur due to monitor settings.

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access store credit.

How do I update my account details?

Log in to your account and visit the Account page to update your name, email, password, or shipping address.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns and refunds policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. Simply ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. How does Store Credit work?

Returns can be refunded as store credit instead of original payment if you prefer. Store credit appears in your account immediately and never expires.

Promotions & Vouchers

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Your voucher code may not be working due to expiration, usage limits, or specific terms and conditions. Some codes are only valid for certain products, categories, or minimum order values.

Please double check that the code is entered correctly without extra spaces. Codes are also case sensitive, so ensure the format matches exactly as provided.

How do I apply a voucher code at checkout?
